Robert Morgenstern is a founding principal of the firm, is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and a member ABOTA. AV rated by Martindale Hubbell, Mr. Morgenstern has engaged in an active trial practice since 1980, representing clients in catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases in the commercial trucking, products liability and other casualty fields.
