Federal Court case involving claims of religious discrimination and violation of civil rights arising out of the officer-involved shooting death of a Muslim homeless man.  Summary judgment was obtained on behalf of the defendant.

State court case involving a claim against a pharmacy for malpractice in the dispensing of a fentanyl patch.  Summary judgment was obtained on behalf of the pharmacy.  Plaintiff made a motion for a new trial to set aside the judgment, and we prevailed on that, too.

State court case involving a claim against a homeowner brought by an automobile accident plaintiff, who claimed the shrubbery around the home obscured the driver’s view of a stop sign, resulting in the accident.  Summary judgment was obtained on behalf of the homeowner.
